Course Descriptions

Ballet Fundamentals
Students learn basic ballet positions, posture, and terminology through a consistent class structure at the barre and in the center. The routine gives students a focused, predictable space to build patience, self-control, and body awareness. Teachers recognize effort and progress, helping students see that mistakes are part of learning and that steady practice leads to growth.

Jazz Fundamentals
Students explore rhythm, style, and self-expression through high-energy movement set to upbeat music. Classes introduce basic jazz technique and short combinations while giving students a healthy outlet for their energy and emotions. Working as a group, students practice teamwork, support one another, and gain confidence trying new things in front of their peers.
